SMS Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 10/16/2026
These SMS Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) describe how Pearl Engineering Corporation (“Pearl,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses text messaging (SMS) on its business phone number 715-972-6532 (the “Program”). By sending a text message to this number, you agree to these Terms.
Program Description
Pearl uses SMS on 715-972-6532 solely to receive one-time verification codes for multi-factor authentication (MFA) from websites, software platforms, financial institutions, and other online services that Pearl uses to conduct its normal business operations. When an authorized Pearl user signs in to one of these services, the service sends a verification code to this number, and the code is used only to complete that sign-in.
Pearl does not use this Program for marketing, promotional, or informational messages of any kind, and does not use it to send text messages to customers, employees, or the general public.
Two-Way Messaging Capability
The SMS service provided through Microsoft Teams is two-way capable, meaning the number can technically send and receive text messages. Pearl uses the number to receive MFA verification codes only. The only outbound messages sent from this number are automated responses required by wireless carriers, such as replies to STOP or HELP. If Pearl ever decides to use this number to send other text messages, we will update these Terms before doing so.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Messages are received only when an authorized Pearl user signs in to a service and requests a verification code. Automated responses are sent only when someone texts STOP or HELP to this number.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to any texts you send to or receive from this number. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Pearl is not responsible for any fees charged by your carrier.
How to Opt Out
You may reply STOP to 715-972-6532 at any time. You will receive one message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent to your number from this Program unless you opt back in by texting START.
How to Get Help
Reply HELP to 715-972-6532, or contact us at 715-424-4008 or info@pearlengineering.com, for assistance with this Program.
