Joseph M. Erdmann

Project Manager

Bio

Joe Erdmann is a Project Manager at Pearl Engineering providing Mechanical Process, Electrical, and Structural Design and Drafting expertise.

Mr. Erdmann has over 28 years of experience in industry including as Civil Drafter in the Corporate Engineering Department at Consolidated Papers, Inc. (now NewPage Corporation), as a Mechanical Designer at the Biron Paper Mill at Stora Enso North America (now NewPage Corporation) and as a Design Drafter at Ore-Ida Foods, Inc. (now McCain Foods, Inc.) in Plover, Wisconsin.

Previous to these positions, Mr. Erdmann worked for Northern Technical Services, Aero-Metric, Inc., Sterling Engineered Products, Inc., and Telsmith Division-Barber Greene Company in various Designer, Drafting and Surveying Roles. Mr. Erdmann is a graduate of Mid-State Technical College with an Associate’s Degree in Civil Engineering Technology

Ronald C. Kinnick

Senior Design Technician

Bio

Ron Kinnick is a Senior Design Technician at Pearl Engineering providing Mechanical and Electrical Design and Drafting expertise.  Ron has over 39 years of experience in various industries including an Electrical Designer/Drafter in the Corporate Engineering Department and Wisconsin Rapids Paper Mill of Verso Corporation, and as an Electrical/Mechanical Drafter for Woodward Governor Company in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.  Other positions were for Felker Brothers Corporation, WaterStone Group, SNE Enterprises, Inc., Gamber-Johnson, Marinette Marine Corporation and Allis-Chalmers as an electrical or mechanical designer/drafter.  Ron is a graduate of Mid-State Technical College with an Associate’s Degree in Supervisor’s Management.

Intermediate Design Technician

Bio

Elizabeth Bowen is an Intermediate Design Technician for Pearl Engineering Corporation. Liz first joined the Pearl Engineering Design Team as a Design Intern while still a student at Nicolet Technical College in Rhinelander, WI. Upon graduation in 2014 with her Associate’s Degree in Architectural Technology she joined Pearl Engineering full-time. Currently she is also studying to become a Mechanical Engineer while working full-time for Pearl.

Lee J. Cox

Senior Design Technician

Bio

Lee Cox is a Senior Design Technician for Pearl Engineering Corporation. Lee has been part of the Pearl Engineering Design Team since 2010 when he advanced quickly from a Design Technician right out of school to a Senior Design Technician today.

As a member of Pearl Engineering Lee has specialized in 3D modeling and BIM workflows. He has experience working with piping systems (including natural gas, compressed air, oil and water), ductwork, equipment setting and modifications, structural steel and high definition laser scanning.

Throughout his time with Pearl, Lee has served as Design Lead on several projects ranging from concept drawings to detailed engineering and helps ensure accurate/consistent results as a member of the quality assurance team. A native of Wausau, Lee has over six years’ construction experience as a carpenter and crew leader building and remodeling homes in Central Wisconsin prior to joining the Pearl Engineering team.

Lee is a graduate of Chippewa Valley Technical College in Eau Claire, WI with an Associate’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering Technology

Jessica R. Glenzer

Design Technician Intern

Bio

Jessica Glenzer is a Design Technician intern part-time for Pearl Engineering Corporation. Jessica is a full-time student at the University of Wisconsin Platteville pursuing a career in Mechanical Engineering.

Jessica grew up in Wisconsin Rapids, WI and graduated from Lincoln High School there. She is working to add to her skills in 3D modeling and is learning more about the engineering field.

Justin G. Grabko

Intermediate Design Technician

Bio

Justin Grabko is an Intermediate Design Technician for Pearl Engineering Corporation. Justin has been part of the Pearl Engineering Design Team since 2019. He is a graduate of Northcentral Technical College in Wausau, Wisconsin with an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Design.

A native of Schofield, Wisconsin, Justin has over 15 years’ experience in the Design Field working with home design, architectural louvers and products, steel fabrication, industrial silos and containers, and the food and process industry.

Richard J. Faust

Richard J. Faust

Senior Design Technician

Bio

Rick Faust is a Senior Design Technician, Senior Design Consultant and a Project Manager at Pearl Engineering, specializing in Roofing Condition Assessment and Specification, parking lot, pavement and area drainage design, office design and remodeling projects, landfill construction and abandonment, and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

 

Mr. Faust has over 30 years of experience in industry including as a Facilities Coordinator in the Corporate Maintenance Department at Stora Enso North America and previously as a Project Civil Engineering Associate in the Corporate Engineering Department at Consolidated Papers, Inc. (now NewPage Corporation). In these roles Mr. Faust Managed the Roofing and Pavement replacement, repair and monitoring program of those corporations facilities, Construction and Abandonment of Industrial Landfills, as well as Project Management and Design of Building Projects.

 

Mr. Faust is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Construction Technology. He is a Certified Asbestos Building Inspector and has affiliations with the Better Understanding of Roofing Systems Institute “BURSI”. 

Clayton R. Jansky

Senior Design Technician

Bio

Clay Jansky is a Senior Design Technician for Pearl Engineering Corporation. In 2015 Clay joined Pearl Engineering from Revelations Architects & Builders in Stevens Point, WI where he worked briefly after serving four years in the United States Marines Corps as a Sergeant participating in cooperative operations between the U.S., Japan, Thailand, and Iraq through direct leadership and multinational teams.

Clay is a graduate of Northeast Wisconsin Technical College with an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Technology and the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Studies.
